We get wholesale rates, not retail rates, which means our rates are usually .125% to .375% better than what you can get at a bank.  Also, we can negotiate your closing costs and often get you less or even no closing costs at all for your loan.   We save you time and money because you don't have to drive all over town and have your credit pulled again and again to find the best deal for your home loan.
